 For those of you who aren't aware Wigan based artist David Barrow has long been preserving his recollections of the Wigan Casino with a series of paintings. As a die-hard fan of the Northern Soul scene in the 1970's David was a regular to the Casino in those days. No other artist has so effectively captured the atmosphere of the legendary Casino Club. David has had great success with the series over the past five years, having many exhibitions and selling a great many of his originals. These images are now available to buy as prints. David also has various other "Non Soul" related prints available on his website, For example, Still life and some great  "Mod and scooter"  paintings of which are a bit of a favorite of mine as I am into and own a scooter myself. .
